After checkout:
- Complete the Custom Nail Set Intake form completing all required fields.
For New Customers click here.
For returning customers click here.
- Include your order number from the deposit.
- Include details about your preferred colors, theme, length, shape, and any specific design elements or add-ons.
If you have more inspiration pictures or other information to share please email orders@dropdnails.com with your CUSTOM + Deposit Order Number as the subject line.
Custom Set Policies
- Custom Nail Sets are limited to 2 sets per customer, per month.
- Each custom set requires its own individual deposit purchase. Example: If you would like 2 custom sets, your cart must contain a quantity of 2 Custom Set Deposits at checkout.
- Deposit quantities cannot be increased after checkout if custom slots have sold out.
- Deposit quantities may only be updated after purchase if 2 or more custom slots remain available at the time of the request.
- Submission of a deposit does not guarantee approval of highly complex, copyrighted, or unavailable designs. If adjustments are required, you will be contacted before your set is created.
Failure to submit the intake form or required information may delay processing times. - Due to the handmade and customized nature of all custom sets, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our policies.
What happens next?
After your $25 deposit has been purchased and your completed intake form has been received, you will receive an invoice within 24–48 hours.
Your invoice will include the final price of your custom set based on the shape, length, design preferences, and add-ons selected in your intake form. Your deposit will be applied toward the final balance. Production will begin once the remaining balance has been paid.
