Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only and use USPS, UPS, and FedEx to offer a range of standard, express, and overnight shipping options. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes for larger orders (typically over 4 sets).

All premade sets ship within 2–3 business days after your order is placed. For custom orders, please allow at least 1 week of production time since each set is carefully hand-painted, plus an additional 2–3 days for processing and shipping. Custom sets can be shipped overnight once production is complete if you select an overnight shipping option at checkout.

Orders placed before Friday at 5:00 PM will ship by Monday at 8:00 AM. Orders placed after this cut-off will ship once processed within the next 2–3 business days (after production time, if applicable).

If you need to return an item due to a defect or approved issue, the company will cover the cost of return shipping — please see our Return Policy for details on how to start a return or exchange.
