Refund policy

Customers have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

To start the process, please email dropdnailsbylauren@gmail.com with the subject line “Return Order # [your order number]” and include clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review your request and let you know if a partial or full replacement, store credit, or full refund is appropriate. If a return is approved, the company will cover the cost of shipping the item back.

Items marked as Second Chance Sets or Sale with clearly disclosed flaws are not returnable, and items that have been used or show general wear and tear do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Store credit or exchanges are offered if you are not satisfied with the product and return it; full refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis at the company’s discretion after reviewing the evidence.
